Where can I buy Sara kulturhus gift cards?
You can purchase our digital gift cards online through our gift card portal or from our hosts at the venue. Gift cards are not sold at Skellefteå Tourist Center, and you cannot buy a gift card using another gift card.

Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards are valid for purchasing tickets to events at Sara Kulturhus via Ticketmaster.se.

Can businesses purchase gift cards?

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with a credit card via our portal or with our hosts. We do not accept cash. Business orders can be paid via invoice.

Can I add a personal message to the gift card?
Yes, you can include a personal message when purchasing the gift card.

Can I schedule when the e-gift card is delivered?
Yes, you can set a specific date and time for the gift card to be sent to the recipient’s email. If it doesn’t arrive, check the spam folder or contact us at biljettinformation@sarakulturhus.se.

Where can I find the gift card number and PIN?
The gift card number and PIN can be found in the PDF file of your digital gift card, which was sent to you via email.

How do I use my gift card?
Visit Sara kulturhus’s Ticketmaster page, select your event, and choose the gift card payment option at checkout. If the balance doesn’t cover the total, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.

Can I use multiple gift cards for one purchase?
Yes, up to four gift cards can be used simultaneously. If you need to redeem more than four, submit a request to Ticketmaster using their form within 24 hours of purchase.

How can I check my gift card balance?
Click here to check your balance. You will need your gift card number.

What if my gift card doesn’t work?
If purchased through our hosts or website, contact biljettinformation@sarakulturhus.se for support.

What if my e-gift card is lost or stolen?
E-gift cards can be downloaded again from the email. If you lose a printed version, search your inbox to retrieve and reprint the PDF.

Can I get a receipt for my gift card purchase?
Yes, a digital receipt is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

What if I change my mind after purchasing?
If you purchased the gift card through our hosts or at sarakulturhus.se/en/giftcard, you can cancel within 14 days by contacting biljettinformation@sarakulturhus.se with your order number.

How long is the gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Extensions are not possible.

Can I send the e-gift card to my email and print it?
Yes, you can send the gift card to your email and print the PDF.

Can I forward the e-gift card to someone else?
Yes, you can forward the email with the gift card to the recipient.

What if I entered the wrong email address for the recipient?
You can update the email address directly in the order confirmation sent to you.
