CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS

We provide conference rooms of all sizes for all types of meetings - for 20 up to 1200 people. If the meeting need catering or hospitality, add that through The Wood Hotel by Elite.

In addition to inspiring meeting rooms, the stages in Sara kulturhus are available – suitable for every kind of event, congress, conference, concert, performance, exhibition, and banquet.

SARA'S STAGES

There are, in total, eight flexible stages, each with its own unique character and flexibility. Find the stage that best suits your event. We look forward to helping you create new cultural memories!

STAGE 1

Our biggest stage. Large enough to hold 1,200 seated guests, or - when mixing a standing audience with seated guests – 1700 in the audience!

STAGE 2

Our big black box, with gallery seats for up to 366 people or flexible to house a standing audience - up to 900 people - in club mode.

STAGE 3

The perfect stage for stories and conversations. This room can hold up to 100 people.

STAGE 4

Our small black box, with seats for 100 people, or flexible to house a standing people - up to 250 people - in club mode.

STAGE 5

Our beautiful dance studio stage, complete with a mirrored wall and a panoramic view, capable of housing 100 seated guests or 250 in a standing audience.

TRAPPSCENEN

Our café stage. Up to 100 seated guests. Jazz club or lunch theatre – all is possible.

KULTURTRAPPAN

At the heart of the entrance – this stage is the master stairs. Holds up to 100 seated people. Suitable for public presentations, smaller performances and show case.

SOUTH FOYER

This area is spacious enough to house an exhibition or fair. Even with 800 guests in a banquet setting, there is still enough room for entertainment. Since both the south and west façade have panoramic windows – the light is exquisite.
