Purpose of processing personal data
The legal basis for processing personal data is the agreement entered into when purchasing tickets from us. When you purchase a ticket, you become our customer. The personal data you provide via Ticketmaster when making a ticket purchase is registered with us and used for administration and ongoing information regarding your order, as well as marketing of upcoming events.

The personal data we collect is only that which you choose to share with us. We always apply current privacy legislation in all processing of personal data.

Booking

Sara kulturhus retains personal data for 36 months after the latest ticket purchase or newsletter subscription. Data is stored for our obligations and in compliance with applicable legislation on document retention and is then deleted or anonymized.
